(hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions")

I. Preliminary Provisions

The organizer of the business breakfast / debate / training / workshop / conference (hereinafter referred to as the "Event") is the company EXTRAMILE Sp.z o.o.with its registered office in Warsaw, ul.Nowy Świat 33 / 13, 00 - 029 Warsaw, entered into the National Court Register by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the number 0001075272, with Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5252984719 and REGON number 527205671, with a share capital of 30, 000 PLN (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

The Event is aimed at individuals specializing in the topic of each meeting, specified each time on the dedicated Event website (hereinafter referred to as the "Event Website").

The number of participants in the Event is limited.

Participants in the Event may be adults.

Details regarding the Event, including its date, venue, duration, program, and registration deadlines, are determined by the Company on the Event Website.
II. Event Registration

The purpose of participating in the Event is to register.

Event registration is done online by completing and submitting the registration form (hereinafter referred to as the "Form") to the Company, which is located on the Event Website.

When filling out the Form, it is necessary to provide the data / make statements indicated in the Form as obligatory and accept the Regulations.

The person expressing the desire to participate in the Event is responsible for the statements and the content of the data provided

In case of any changes to the data, the Company must be informed promptly.The consequences of not informing about changes in the data lie with the entity that did not report the change.

Each participant can only register themselves.

The Company verifies the received registrations based on the criteria specified in points I.2 and I.3 of the Regulations and informs the applicants of the qualification results for participation in the Event within 5

Only individuals who have received information from the Company about their qualification for participation in the Event (hereinafter referred to as "Participants")

The Participant is obliged to promptly inform the Company of their withdrawal from participating in the Event via email at karolina @extramile.network.
III. Participation in the Event

Participation in the Event is free of charge.

The Event takes place in a stationary format.

In the event of refreshments provided by the Company during the Event, the Company informs about it in the Form or on the Event Page.

The Company is entitled to expel from the Event any Participant who does not comply with the provisions of the Regulations or disrupts the course of the Event.
-
The Company reserves the right to change the venue, program, or date of the Event, as well as to cancel the Event, especially if the necessary number of Participants is not registered.

For reporting and informational purposes, the Company may document the course of the Event by taking photographs.

The Company allows the participation of entities that are its partners / sponsors in organizing the Event, which the Company informs about on the Event Page.
IV. Aids

The company may provide participants with materials related to the Event (hereinafter referred to as "Aids") that are owned by the company.

The aids may only be used by participants for their personal use in connection with participation in the Event.

Using the aids for any purpose other than the one mentioned above requires obtaining prior written consent from the Company.
Personal data

The Company processes the data of individuals who register for the Event and its Participants.

The administrator of personal data is the Company, i.e., EXTRAMILE Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, KRS: 0001075272, NIP: 5252984719, ul. Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warsaw (hereinafter also referred to as the "Administrator").

Personal data, including data provided in the Form, have been obtained from the entity in connection with its participation in the Event.

Personal data is processed based on:

art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), i.e., based on the Regulations - for the purpose of organizing the Event, including registration and participation of Participants in the Event;

art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e., based on a legitimate interest in order to defend against claims or assert claims by the Company;

art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, i.e., based on separate consents - for the purpose of sending marketing content electronically.

Personal data is processed on the basis of:

for the purpose of concluding an agreement related to participation in the Event - they will be processed until the agreement is fulfilled;

based on the consent given to the Company - they will be processed until its possible withdrawal (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn).

Personal data may be entrusted for processing or disclosed:

to employees or associates of the Company, as well as entities providing support to the Company on the basis of appropriate authorizations or in accordance with concluded data processing agreements;

to other authorized entities as required by applicable law;

to Company partners and other entities involved in organizing the Event, based on separate consents.

The Administrator does not transfer personal data to third countries, i.e., outside the European Economic Area.

The data subject has the right to request access to personal data (Art. 15 GDPR), their rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as to object to the processing of personal data (Art. 21 GDPR) and to withdraw consent at any time – regarding personal data processed based on consent granted (withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Event.

Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
VI. Final provisions

The regulations are available on the Event Website.
-
The regulations are binding from the moment of their publication on the Event Website.
-
The company reserves the right to change the regulations, especially to ensure the proper course of the Event and due to changes in universally applicable laws.

Changes indicated in the above point of the regulations apply from the moment of publishing the new version of the regulations on the Event Website or informing the Participants about the change in the regulations.

Matters not regulated by the regulations are governed by the provisions of universally applicable law, including the Civil Code of April 23, 1964.
